The LSS Nutrition Assessment Program (NAP) provides nutritional screening, assessment, and intervention for seniors at risk for dietary deficiencies. NAP helps older adults maximize health and wellness through the development of good eating habits. Referrals to the NAP program may be made by the client’s personal physician or through Meals On Wheels volunteers or staff.
