To report suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of seniors, call 412-350-4234 Phone service answers 24/7.


The LSS Protective Services (PS) program investigates allegations of abuse that threatens the health, safety, and welfare of senior citizens living in Allegheny County. The program is administered under the Pennsylvania Older Adults Protective Service Act and provides immediate intervention for seniors at risk of abandonment, neglect, abuse, or financial exploitation.
