In partnership with the Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging, the LSS Care Management program helps seniors remain safe, healthy, and independent in their homes and communities by providing essential services including a comprehensive in-home assessment, adult day care and respite care, personal care, chore service, and companions. Eligibility is based on need and determined by the assessment.
