Butler Area Rural Transit (BART) is a transportation program managed by LSS under a contract with Butler County. BART is a shared ride program providing a unique mode of transportation tailored to meet the diverse needs of passengers and the rural terrain in Butler County. BART provides our rural county residents with a means of transportation where access to public transportation is non-existent. However, our scope of transportation is not limited to the rural sections of Butler County. BART also provides transportation for those residing in urban settings. BART is coordinated by Butler County Community Action Program.
