Manly Heights was sponsored through a partnership with the Union City Elderly and Handicapped Association, which is the owner of the project. LSS manages the project and the rents are subsidized by HUD. Manly Heights was recently honored by the Department of Housing and Urban Development as one of the top HUD sponsored housing units in the nation.

St. Michael Village is owned and operated by The Lutheran Service Society and rents are subsidized by LSS, through donations and fundraising projects.
