Adult Computer & Technology Training (ACTT)
Lutheran Service Society's ACTT (Adult Computer Technology Training) program has been bringing technology access and education to adults ages 50 and older in the Greater Pittsburgh area since 2000. ACTT enriches the lives of our students and empowers them to share their wisdom with others via the Internet, e-mail, and social media.
ACTT's primary learning center is located in Bellevue, Pa., and we offer classes in area libraries, community centers, and senior housing facilities throughout Allegheny County.
Courses are taught by a corps of senior volunteer instructors. Class size is limited to six students, and courses range from basic to advanced instruction. All courses meet once a week for four consecutive weeks. Each weekly session lasts two hours.
ACTT also sponsors workshops and 1-on-1 training.
