Springboard Kitchens Training Program
Springboard Kitchens' 16-week comprehensive adult training program works to build a strong foundation and support system for every student who passes through our doors. The program works with students individually, moving them towards a successful reentry into the community and enabling them to create a new life for themselves and their families.
Springboard Kitchens combines hands-on food service training with classroom instruction, individual case management, and job placement services. This program prepares homeless and disadvantaged men and women for jobs in the restaurant and hospitality industry and helps them keep those jobs.
Our support services include individual support in addressing barriers to success, as well as resources and referrals to help with critical needs like:
- Housing - location and stipend
- Transportation
- Meals
- Clothing
- Health
- Personal Hygiene
